For flying clubs

Fair scheduling. Clean books. Fewer board-meeting arguments.

A club runs on trust and a shared calendar. Nexus FO keeps the calendar fair, the dues collected, the records current, and the airplane maintained, without a volunteer treasurer living in a spreadsheet.

  • Booking rules everyone can see
  • Dues and member ledgers with online payment
  • Free to try, from $8 per aircraft

One member books every good Saturday for the summer

Booking windows and limits per reservation type, enforced automatically

Dues collected by check, tracked by memory

Recurring charges, statements, and late fees on a schedule

“Is Dave still current in the Archer?”

Checkouts, medicals, and flight reviews on record, checked at booking

Built for the way a club actually works.

Volunteers run clubs. Everything here is designed so the schedule, the money, and the records take care of themselves between meetings.

Scheduling

A schedule that is fair by design.

Set booking windows, maximum days ahead, and limits per member per reservation type. Members book from their phone, see who has the airplane, and put a backup on a full slot that promotes itself when a cancellation opens it.

  • Booking windows and per-member limits
  • Backup bookings that take a cancelled slot
  • Weather on the schedule
A month at a glance, colored by reservation type.
Billing & ledgers

Dues, flying, and payments in one ledger per member.

Monthly dues and assessments post themselves. Flying is billed at check-in from the club rate sheet. Members pay online by card or bank account and see their own statement, so the treasurer stops being a collections department.

  • Recurring dues and assessments
  • Online payment with a saved card or bank account
  • Statement runs and late fees when you want them
One member, one ledger: flights, dues, and payments in order.
People & records

Who is current, for what, and until when.

Aircraft checkouts, medicals, and flight reviews on each member’s record, with expirations that feed the booking rules. A member who lapses cannot book the airplane until the record says otherwise, and nobody has to be the bad guy.

  • Currency and expirations feed the booking rules automatically
  • TSA citizenship evidence on file where the rules require it
  • Members see their own record, balance, and logbook
The pilot record: certificates, ratings, endorsements, medicals, and checkouts.
Fleet

The airplane’s upkeep, tracked by the people who fly it.

Maintenance reminders by hours or date, squawks written up at check-in with the option to ground the airplane, and oil and fuel logged from the flights. The maintenance officer sees what is coming due without walking to the hangar.

  • Hobbs and tach tracked from every check-in
  • Squawks that can ground the airplane until cleared
  • Departure and arrival alerts, with an overdue flag
Maintenance status by meter and by calendar, with two items coming due.
Agreements & announcements

Membership paperwork, without the paper.

Send the membership agreement, the aircraft checkout form, or the annual waiver for electronic signature and keep the signed copy on the member’s record. Announce the fly-out, the rate change, or the safety meeting to everyone, by email and in the app.

  • E-signatures for agreements and waivers
  • Club-wide or filtered announcements
  • Documents kept on the member and aircraft record
Agreements out for signature, with status and expiry on each.
